Preliminary ProceduresTelescope the steering column to the maximum rearward position.Tilt the steering column to the lowest position.
1	Steering Column Upper Shroud Procedure Disconnect the upper shroud from the steering column seal.
2	Steering Column Lower Trim Cover Fastener (Qty:-3) Caution:Refer toFastener Caution. ProcedureTurn the ignition key to the ON position.Turn the steering wheel in order to access the fasteners.Snap the upper shroud, the lower left shroud, and the lower right shroud togetherbefore installing the fasteners.Tighten 2.5-Y (22-lb-in)
