The SIR Identification Views shown below illustrate theapproximate location of all SIR components available for thevehicle. This will assist in determining the appropriate SIRDisabling and Enabling for a given service procedure. Refer toSIR Disabling and Enabling.

(1)Right Front ImpactSensor—Located under the front hood in the enginecompartment
(2)Passenger Instrument Panel AirBag—Located at the top right under the instrumentpanel
(3)Right Roof Rail AirBag—Located under the headliner, extending from thepassenger front windshield pillar to the passenger rear windshieldpillar
(4)Right Front Side ImpactSensor—Located under the right front door trim near thelower rear of the door frame
(5)Inflatable Restraint Sensing andDiagnostic Module (SDM)—Located underneath the vehiclecarpet under the center console
(6)Passenger PresenceSystem—Located under the front passenger sear trim cover(if equipped)
(7)Passenger Seat Belt AnchorPretensioner—Located on the outboard side of thepassenger seat (if equipped)
(8)Passenger Seat Side AirBag—Located on the seat back of passenger seat (ifequipped)
(9)Passenger Seat Belt RetractorPretensioner—Located under the trim near the bottom ofthe center pillar
(10)Right Rear Side ImpactSensor—Located under the right rear door trim near thelower rear of the door frame
(11)Right Roof Rail AirBag—Located behind the garnish molding on the upper rearpillar
(12)Left Roof Rail AirBag—Located behind garnish molding on the upper rearpillar
(13)Left Rear Side ImpactSensor—Located under the left rear door trim near thelower rear of the door frame
(14)Driver Seat Belt RetractorPretensioner—Located under the trim near the bottom ofthe center pillar
(15)Driver Seat Side AirBag—Located on the seat back of the driver seat
(16)Driver Seat Belt AnchorPretensioner—Located on the outboard side of the driverseat
(17)Left Front Side ImpactSensor—Located under the left front door trim near thelower rear of the door frame
(18)Left Roof Rail AirBag—Located under the headliner, extending from thedriver front windshield pillar to the driver rear windshieldpillar
