Recommendation/InstructionsFor all Infotainment calls, please provide the part number (PN) of the component thatis currently in the vehicle. Depending on the concern, TAC may require additionalinformation such as Map disc/card PNs, software/calibration numbers, and testing resultsof previous diagnostics.
