Preliminary ProceduresRemove the Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module. Refer toHeater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation.Disconnect the electrical connectors as necessary.

Note:The original air inlet housing designs has a tab on the left or inboard side of thepassenger compartment air filter door. This tab was intentionally removed in the newpart. When replacing the blower case, it may be necessary to remove this tab if itis present on the air inlet housing.
