Removal Procedure
Remove the HVAC module. Refer toHeater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation.
Remove the heater core cover screws from the evaporator caseassembly.Remove the heater core cover from the evaporator caseassembly.
Remove the heater core from the HVAC module.
Remove the evaporator case assembly screws from the blowercase assembly.Remove the evaporator case assembly from the blower caseassembly.Installation Procedure
Install evaporator case assembly to the blower caseassembly.
Caution:Refer toFastener Caution.
Install evaporator case assembly screws to the blower caseassembly.Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.5-Y(13-lb-in).
Install heater core to the HVAC module.
Install heater core cover.Install heater core cover screws.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.5-Y(13-lb-in).
