ProcedureDISCARD the pipe when removed, and install a NEW pipe.Lubricate the pipes with silicon free engine oil. Refer toAdhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers.Pressurize the fuel system and inspect for leaks.Tighten

30-Y (22-lb-ft)

Note:The pipe fittings are a one time use, always install a NEW fuel pump intermediatepipe.
