Components requiring the use of the thread lockingcompound, lubricants, corrosion inhibitors, or sealants areidentified in the service procedure. Some replacement componentsmay come with these coatings already applied. Do not use thesecoatings on components unless specified. These coatings can affectthe final torque, which may affect the operation of the component.Use the correct torque specification when installing components inorder to avoid damage.
