Align the oil pump drive gear with the crankshaft flats andinstall the oil pump to the engine block.Align the pump body with the mounting holes in the cylinderblock.

Caution:Refer toFastener Caution.

Install the oil pump bolts and tighten to25-Y(18-lb-ft).
