Chevrolet Equinox Service Manual: Camshaft Cover Disassemble Valvetrain Camshaft
Left Camshaft Cover
Remove and discard the left camshaft cover boltgrommets.
Remove the fuel injector sight shield ballstud.
Remove the oil fill cap.
Note:Do not reuse the camshaft cover gasket and spark plug shieldtube seals.
Remove and discard the left camshaft cover gasket.
Remove and discard the left spark plug shield tubeseals.Right Camshaft Cover
Remove and discard the right camshaft cover boltgrommets.

Remove and discard the right camshaft cover gasket.
